Role
Our client’s corporate practice is broad based and varied. You will already be employed in the corporate/M&A practice at a rated firm. The role will see you working on both public and private M&A, joint venture, takeover, demerger and corporate restructuring transactions. Commercially savvy, sensible and grounded, you will benefit from working with like minded lawyers.
